He calls it cellular water, and it’s brimming with antioxidants that protect organs from free radical damage; flaxseeds to nourish and satiate; and lecithin to strengthen our body’s cells. The mixture (which is more shake-like than juice) is delicious.
Cellular Water Recipe (makes one serving)
2 tbsps dried goji berries
1 tbsp lecithin granules
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
½ cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
½ cup soy or low-fat milk
Combine the ingredients in a blender and pour into a glass to serve.
